Delivery charges

• UK First Class - £3.95
• UK Special Delivery - £6.95
• Europe - £5.95
• Rest of the World - £7.95

We will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send to you.

Standard Delivery – First Class Post

We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days, so you can expect delivery within 5 working days – if you live overseas this may take a little longer.

Some items that show as in stock on our website have slightly longer delivery times – around 7-10 days. This is usually because they are not available at our warehouse, but they are in stock at the manufacturers. If you place an order for one of these items we will order it from them and endeavour to get it to you as quickly as possible. Please note that at busy times, it may take us a little longer to despatch items to you.

We will send your order by First Class Royal Mail and it will generally be delivered with your normal post. Please let us know if you would like your order to be sent to an alternative delivery address.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK customers only)

These orders must be placed by 2:30pm, Monday-Friday, to guarantee next working day delivery.

We can also send your order by Special Delivery which is guaranteed to get to you the next working day (subject to stock availability).

We can only offer special delivery on items in stock at our warehouse.

Special Delivery exceptions:

• Orders placed after 2:30pm - will arrive the second working day.
• Orders placed on a Friday - are guaranteed for Monday but maybe delivered on Saturday.
• Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday - will arrive the second working day.
• There are no deliveries on a Bank Holiday.

Please note that Royal Mail requires a signature for Special Delivery packages, so someone needs to be available to sign for it at the delivery address.

Customs and import duties

If you live outside the EU, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.
